home for the holidays

My family stays in for the holidays. First, when we wake up we open our presents, then we start Christmas dinner. About 10:00 we go outside and go tubing. That is when there is a water tube and you pull eachother with the 4-wheeler. Then you go around a turn a go flying. Then we go in and warm up and eat.

Santa is real.

If Santa could bring me anything I would have him bring me a ipod touch. One of my friends have one and there really cool. If Santa can't do that then I would like a pony. I love to ride horses. My little sister thinks that she is going to grow up to be a horse trainer. So, one or the other, that is what I want from Santa.

snow days, snow days

I do many things on snow days. One of them are to sleep in, thats my favorite thing to do. Sometimes I sleep untill 10:00 in the morning. Another thing I do is when I get up I eat breakfast, then I watch TV until noon. After It has warmed up a little outside I go outside and go tubing in the back yard.

Tubing is very fun because when you go around a turn you fly off. Its hilairious. After I get to cold I go in and I have hot coco. Then I warm up a while. Soon after that I go back outside for a while. When I come back in its really late so I take a shower and go to sleep.

planning your game

This week we planned our game. It was very easy. We had to choose our team. We made one for each of us.

Imagining your game.

This week I put imagining your game in flash. It was very fun because you got to personalize it yourself. First I put my paragraph in a word document to count my words and then I put it in flash and personalized it. My game idea is to make it very fun and interactive. My game will have 4 different levels on each genre. At the end of each level they will get to change something about their character or their room that their person is in.
    I will use google and google chrome to find my information. I might use bing and other sites to help. I think it will be exciting to see my game after I am finished with it.

choosing a topic

     Today we chose a topic for our game. My game has apostrophes, semi colons, and quotation marks. My game will also be fun. Many middle school kids will enjoy this game.

game idea

My game idea is a fun interactive game. About, the eight parts of speech. It will have different goal for each leval. This game will be very simple to comeplete and also teaches about the eight parts of speech.

Internet safety

Internet safety is a big deal, you never know someone could be pretending to be your friend and they are not. It's very scary. Plus there is cyber bullying. So, don't add anyone but your friends.

Wikis and blogs

I had a good time creating my wiki and my blog. I liked creating it and decorating it. At first I had some problems, but then I got through it. I'm still working with it though.

playing to learn

I liked the games I played because they were fun and interesting. The first one I played was Gravitti and I enjoyed it because it was fun and tought witch planets had mass and which ones didn't. It was fun. The other one I played was 3rd World Farmer. This game was about managing your money and taking care of other people. It was also very interesting and fun. The two games I played were Gravitti and, 3rd World Farmer.
